What's happening?
MAAP has invested significantly in a new system at the core of what we do. To serve our customers better, with more accurate stock levels, more efficient order fulfilment, faster dispatch times, and easier return and exchange processes. Much like when training on two wheels, we have to endure some short-term pain today, for a better result tomorrow.
Online Returns and Processing delays:
Due to the upgrade of our system we have a backlog of returns that will take us some time to get through. Once your return lands back at our warehouse, we expect it will take 3-4 weeks to process it. As soon as we do you'll get an email to let you know. Anything you process through our online returns portal should be quicker, this is not yet available for EU and International.
- AUS, US & UK regions: Our returns portals are now live so you can jump online and process your returns and you can expect them to be processed quite quickly due to the automation.
- EU and International coming back to Australia, we have a backlog of returns to process and we expect once we receive your return back it may take 3-4 weeks to process. As soon as we do process your return you'll get an email to let you know. We really hope it will be quicker, we are working as fast as we can to catch up.
Is there any way you can speed up my return/exchange/refund?
Unfortunately no, our Customer Service team will begin processing the returns in the order they were received, from oldest to newest.
