Warehouse Relocation Update 16th February 2024:
Our team is all unpacked and our shipping is now back within normal lead times. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll get an email with the shipping to let you know.
The team are now starting to work through processing the returns at the highest priority. We are currently around 1-2 weeks on top of normal returns processing lead times. As soon as we have processed your return you'll receive an email to let you know.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information.
How long are the Returns processing delays?
We will experience delays in processing returns sent back to us after the 15th of January of around 2-3 weeks on top of normal lead times. We're sorry for the short-term inconvenience and can assure you the team will be working very hard to process your return once we go live at the new location.
How will I know when my return is processed?
As soon as your return is processed you'll get an email to let you know.
When is our warehouse relocating?
The relocation of our warehouse begins on the 21st of January and will mean dispatch delays of around 10 business days. We'll resume shipping from the 5th of February. (Hopefully sooner!) Rest assured, once operations start at our new warehouse, your order will be prioritised for shipping.
Will the change impact shipping timeframes globally?
No, all our other warehouses will operate as normal throughout this time! Our warehouses in Australia, Europe, and the UK are not impacted by this move.
Is there any way you can speed up the dispatch of my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do any dispatch activities during the migration. Once the warehouse move is complete, our warehouse team will begin to dispatch parcels in the order they were placed (from oldest to newest) and will be working as fast as they can to clear our backlog!
