Once you email us, our customer service team will review your request and be in touch within 1-2 business days with further instructions. If you have purchased with a gift card or purchased a sales item, your refund will be issued in the form of a MAAP credit to use online only, towards a future purchase with us. Also, please note that returns can only be processed in the same currency the items were purchased in.
