Once we have received your returned item, your return is normally processed within a week.
*Please note: for refunds, your financial institution may need 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account once we have placed the refund on our side. As soon as we have processed your return you will receive an email to let you know.
If an item is refunded to you, you’ll receive the payout in the same currency from which you purchased the products. This will be issued to the original payment method used when initially placing your order.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
