The return conditions apply to all items purchased at maap.cc/eu or through MAAP retail stores and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return it for a full refund* and make a new purchase for the item you would prefer. This process helps guarantee the availability of the replacement item and means we can ship it to you straight away.

*For sale items purchased through maap.cc/eu we will accept returns, however, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MAAP. Free returns exclude sale items, full price items only. MAAP Credit codes to be used online only, are issued for all return requests of Sale Items. The value of the MAAP Credit code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your original order transaction, for the specific item that you are returning.
Free returns within the European Union*
Purchases within the UK are not eligible for Free Returns, all costs associated with returning items from within the UK are worn by the customer.
