Due to the volatile nature of shipping services globally, we are unable to provide a guarantee on how long delivery may take. While we do our best to ship via the fastest service possible, there may be times when shipping is disrupted or delayed beyond our control.
Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 4-7 days via DHL Express, and 10-14 days via Australia Post International.
MAAP ships to the following countries:
Zone 1- New Zealand
Zone 2 - Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Fiji, Guatemala, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, New Caledonia, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan region, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam
Zone - 3 - Argentina, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Bolivia
MAAP no longer ships to the following countries: Jamaica, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan. South Korea and China are served by local distributors, MAAP will not ship directly to these countries.

- All orders are dispatched out of our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
- We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs and duties office for more information. Failure to pay customs duties may result in your order being returned to MAAP, with additional fees and charges. MAAP reserves the right to pass on expenses incurred for orders returned due to customs duties not paid. These costs may be deducted from any exchange or refund amount.
- As MAAP is an Australian-based entity your order will be charged in AUD and converted to your local currency. You may be subject to international transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information. MAAP is not responsible for any reimbursement of these fees.
- MAAP will dispatch orders Monday to Friday only. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
