Please note:
- All orders are dispatched out of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- MAAP will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
- We cannot ship to P.O Boxes.
- Your order will ship from within the UK but as MAAP is an Australian-based entity, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information.
- We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes.
Brexit guidelines:
- UK Sales VAT is included in the price of our products, with UK Sales VAT collected at the point of sale. As we despatch your order from within the UK, you should not be charged any additional UK Import VAT or duties if your delivery address is also within the UK.
- Any additional customs, duties or postal charges related to processing a delivery address change outside of the UK will be payable by you the receiver.
- Shipping by our carrier partners into the UK and Northern Ireland will be delivered via DPD or Royal Mail services.
- There may be additional transactional fees and charges, which MAAP are not responsible for. MAAP reserves the right to change or amend these terms without notice.
