To request a return please click here to contact our support team with the subject line 'EU Return' and include the following information:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Product/s for return
- Reason for return
Once you email us, our customer service team will review your request and be in touch within 1-2 business days with further instructions. If you’re wanting to get a different size or style you can jump right back onto the website now to get your new order underway while we help with processing your return.
If you have purchased with a gift card or purchased a sales item, your refund will be issued in the form of a MAAP credit to use online only, towards a future purchase with us. Also, please note that returns can only be processed in the same currency the items were purchased in. Please ensure you’re in the correct region before proceeding. You are currently in EU/EURO.
