The return conditions apply to all items purchased at https://maap.cc/eu or through MAAP retail stores and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online or in-store, you are entitled to the following options
Free Returns within the European Union:
Under our Free Returns policy we offer returns for all full-price garments as per the following options:
- Refund to the original payment method within 14 days of original purchase
- Exchange for an alternative product
- MAAP Credit to be used online only, to the value of the returned item if you purchased the item on sale.
Please be aware that our Free Returns policy covers the return of full-priced items within the European Union. Sales Items are excluded from our Free Returns policy, and while these can be returned, the cost of return postage (including any taxes) falls to the customer. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements. All returns must be made within 75 days of your receipt date.
Discount codes or gift cards cannot be redeemed when using our returns portal.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Returns are also processed here.
Sale Items:
While we do accept the return of Sale Items, for countries outside the EU the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MAAP. Free returns exclude sale items.
Sale items can be returned for a MAAP credit or exchange, within 60 days of purchase, or a refund within 14 days of purchase. The value of the credit/exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item you are returning.

For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
