Please be aware that we’re not able to offer free return shipping for orders outside of Australia, USA, UK and Europe. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.
Where taxes and duties are not included an alert will appear in your cart and at checkout, with a link to more information from the local authority applying the charges.
The return conditions apply to all items purchased at maap.cc or through MAAP retail stores and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online or in-store, you are entitled to the following options:

- Exchange for an alternative product
- MAAP gift card to use online
Our warehouse in Melbourne dispatches all orders and receives all returns.
Sale Items:
While we do accept the return of Sale Items, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MAAP. MAAP Credit codes are issued for all return requests of Sale Items. The value of the code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item you are returning.
No exchanges are offered for sale items, please initiate your return for MAAP credit and then make a new purchase order for the desired new item. Please note: MAAP credits for returned sale items cannot be issued until the original item has been received and processed.

All returns must be made within 75 days of your receipt date.
For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.
Gift cards are non-refundable and items purchased with gift cards cannot be refunded to a credit card or for cash.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your return to be processed from the time your return parcel is marked as delivered. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
