To return items you can use the original packaging, however please cover / remove the original address label.

- Name on the order
- Order number (eg: MAP - 000000)
- List the Product/s for return
- Reason for return
Your refund or credit will be processed on return of the items, you'll receive directions to return the items. from the support team.
If you have purchased with a gift card or purchased a sales item, your refund will be issued in the form of a MAAP credit to use online only, towards a future purchase with us. Also, please note that returns can only be processed in the same currency the items were purchased in.
This is the return process for orders in all countries other than Australia, USA, Europe and the UK. For those countries please use the dedicated return portal.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
