To start the returns process, enter your email address, order number, and the postcode your order was sent to.
Follow the prompts on the screen to return or exchange your item.
Exchange for another size
Follow the prompts for 'Exchange for new size'.
Once the new size has been chosen and you have finalised the exchange, you will be provided with a return summary along with a return label that will also be sent to your email address. You will then need to package your item, attach the shipping label and drop your parcel at your closest post office. Once your parcel has been lodged at the post office, your new size will be sent to you.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
Exchange for something else
Follow the prompts for 'Return Item', then select the 'Shop Now' option. This will take you to our website to shop with credit. The credit amount will be shown on the top right-hand side of the window.
Simply shop within this same browser window to find a new item and add them to your cart as normal.
Your shopping cart will show the exchange credit amount and your new subtotal.
Click 'Complete Return' within the cart to finalise the return. This will take you back to the returns portal; follow the prompts regarding returning the item and any payment requirements. If your new item is of lesser value than the original product, you will be eligible for a refund or credit along with the new item.
Once the new item has been chosen and finalised, you will be provided with a return summary along with a return label that will also be sent to your email address. You will then need to package the returning item up, attach the shipping label and drop your parcel at your closest post office. Once your parcel has been lodged at the post office, your new size will be sent to you.

Refund or Credit
Follow the prompts for 'Return Item', then select the 'Refund' option. You can then choose between a MAAP Credit to use online only later, or a refund of the original price paid.
Once finalised, you will be provided with a return summary along with a return label that will also be sent to your email address. You will then need to package the returning item up, attach the shipping label and drop your parcel at your closest post office. Once your parcel has been lodged at the post office, your MAAP Credit or refund will be processed.
