Every day, we strive to make the best cycling apparel and accessories to go the distance on- or off-bike. We engineer and manufacture our products to last ride after ride, wash after wash.

BLUESIGN® AND OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED FABRICS.

The bluesign® certification ensures that our goods are made from materials that are produced using only chemicals and processes that are safe for people and the environment, and that air and water emissions from the manufacturing processes are entirely clean.

Becoming a bluesign® SYSTEM PARTNER ensures that our everyday processes will have the most significant impact to the environment right now. This establishes a sustainable platform for our future activities to be built upon.

As we move closer towards this goal, we can ensure that every current product on offer is designed to last as long as possible. We are striving to seek the highest-performing yarns we can find, and use them alongside materials we trust to stand up to repeated use.

The majority of our printed fabrics now utilise 100% sustainable recycled fibres with the most environmentally friendly dyeing and finishing processes, with no compromise on the performance of the fabrics. These fabrics contain a range of fibres, with combinations of 100% post-consumer polyester and up to 65% pre-consumer sustainable premium elastane recycled from industrial waste.

THE OFFCUTS PROGRAM

At MAAP we believe in transparency. We produce world-class apparel, engineered to excel in all conditions at all levels of the sport. By focusing on technical detail, we strike a balance of performance, style, durability and fit. Our pricing model reflects the quality standards of every product we release. We're working on supply chain practices to reduce the overall footprint of textile waste, with an obsessive focus on environmental impact. We’re constantly striving to improve.

The OffCuts Program is just one example of how we’re tackling the issue of textile waste and, if you choose, you can be part of this or other positive action. A significant reduction in first class materials going to landfill or even worse burnt, no cheap solutions or shortcuts that we see all-too often in the fashion industry. OffCuts is designed in our signature Pro-Fit, and is the same highly technical performance jersey you may have experienced with our Evade range and therefore similar pricing. We’re continuously reviewing our supply model to ensure you, our community of riders, receive the highest quality of materials, technical performance and an environmentally considered product.

ENVIRONMENT

When it comes to protecting the environment that we ride, we’re keyed in on the action and active in advocacy. We work closely with select non-profit organizations to help protect the ecosystems in which we ride.
