What You’ll Receive
A discount code to the value of 40% of the damaged item.
The discount is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Conditions Apply
To keep things fair, here’s what you need to know before submitting a claim:
Fair wear and tear is not covered under this program.
- Please apply as soon as practical after the damage occurred. We don't impose a set time limit but we may decline your claim if you've waited an unreasonably long time to claim.
The 40% replacement discount is applied to the price you paid for the original product, as verified on your transaction record.
The program applies only to items purchased online at maap.cc or at a MAAP LaB retail store.
Purchases from authorised retailers outside MAAP are not eligible.
If you bought directly from maap.cc, please contact us using the same email address you used to sign in, so we can retrieve your order record.
If you bought from a MAAP LaB, you’ll need to upload a valid receipt or tax invoice with your claim.
