We’re currently seeing higher-than-normal processing volumes at our USA warehouse, which is causing delays in order fulfilment before parcels leave the warehouse.
At this stage, customers should allow an additional ~48 hours on top of the usual fulfilment timeframe before tracking updates begin moving through the carrier network.
Once orders have been dispatched, Express Shipping services are continuing to move quickly through transit as expected. The current delay is primarily at the warehouse fulfilment stage prior to shipment.
We know timely delivery is important, and we’re actively working with our warehouse partners to reduce these delays as quickly as possible.
