If you're shopping from a country in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
This right applies to online purchases and allows you to return eligible items for a refund without needing to provide a reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please submit your request through our EU Returns Portal:
EU Withdrawal & Returns Portal
Or copy paste this URL https://returns.maap.cc/eu#/
Once you've submitted your request, we'll send confirmation that we've received it and provide instructions and a free return label for returning your item(s).
Please note that submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically complete your return. Returned items must still be sent back to us and meet the conditions outlined below.
Withdrawal Period
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the final item is delivered.
Refunds
Where a withdrawal request is made within the statutory 14-day period, MAAP will refund:
- The purchase price of the returned item(s)
- The cost of standard outbound shipping paid at checkout
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a gift card the gift card balance will be restored. If you used a discount code in your purchase only the value paid will be returned to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
To be eligible for a refund, returned products should:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging where possible
We reserve the right to make deductions from a refund where returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or function.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Digital products or content that has already been supplied where applicable law permits
These exclusions are subject to applicable consumer laws.
Faulty or Defective Products
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please Submit a warranty claim via our Warranty Portal. Faulty products are handled separately from the right of withdrawal process and may be eligible for repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
