The return conditions apply to all items purchased at maap.cc/us or through MAAP retail stores and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online or in-store, you are entitled to the following options:
Free Returns:
All full priced items purchased at maap.cc/us (except gift cards) can be returned at no cost through our self-service Returns Portal. You can select from:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Exchange for an alternative product
- MAAP gift card to use online
Once the return is initiated you will be provided with a shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping.
Please be aware that while our Free Returns policy covers the return of full-priced items within the USA, we are not able to offer free return shipping for orders outside the USA. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred returning garments or for local taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements. All returns must be made within 75 days of your receipt date.
Our warehouse in California dispatches all orders and receives all returns.
Sale Items:
While we do accept the return of Sale Items, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MAAP. Free returns exclude sale items.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a MAAP credit to use online. The value of the MAAP exchange or credit will be equal to the sale purchase price you paid.
Return conditions:
For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.
Gift cards are non-refundable and items purchased with gift cards cannot be refunded to a credit card or for cash.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
