MAAP is committed to producing high quality products. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, submit a claim and we will arrange for a replacement, credit or refund. Warranty & Faulty goods claims do not cover wear & tear.
Warranty claims are automated through out Returns portal. To submit a warranty claim select the warranty options when prompted. You'll be able to select how to be credited when your claim is approved. We will email you if we need further information or if your claim is rejected.
Claims are approved within hours and you should have your credit, replacement items or refund as soon as the claim is approved.
