Updated 13 July
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, international shipping services to the Gulf States and surrounding regions are currently experiencing significant disruption.
We've received updated advice that DHL deliveries have recommenced with limited capacity in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We won't be taking orders for Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE addresses until DHL advises us the situation changes.
Current status (via DHL)
DHL — our carrier for all deliveries to the region — has advised that due to intermittent airspace closures across the Middle East, including most Gulf states, both passenger and cargo air traffic are being heavily impacted.
"As the situation in the Middle East continues to develop, we are actively monitoring events and implementing contingency measures to minimize disruption to your shipments wherever possible. Our teams are adjusting routes, and coordinating closely across our network, with the safety of our employees remaining our highest priority.

Should I place an order right now?
At this time, we recommend holding off placing a new order if your delivery address is in the Gulf States or Middle East.
While we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely, we’re currently unable to provide reliable delivery timeframes for new orders to this region.
If you already have an order in transit
If your order is affected by these disruptions DHL has been able to complete all deliveries, although we can't make any guarantees on the time taken to complete delivery. Currently delivery times are between 5-16 days.
No action is required from you at this stage — we’ll be in touch if your order is impacted.
Our commitment
We’re working closely with DHL and our logistics partners to monitor developments and minimise disruption wherever possible. We’ll update this page as the situation evolves.
