Singapore Shipping:
Free shipping on all orders over $400 SGD via DHL Express International.
Orders under $400 SGD will be charged a flat rate express delivery fee of $37 SGD
Taipei City Shipping:
Free shipping on all orders over $10,000 TWD via Australia Post International Express. Orders below $10,000 TWD charged at $500 TWD. Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 10-14 days.
DHL Express International shipping is available for $1000 TWD as an option on all orders. DHL Express International shipping is free on all orders above $40,000 TWD. Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2-5 days.
New Zealand Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $500 AUD with DHL International Express. Orders below $500 AUD charged at $45 AUD for shipping with DHL International Express. Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2-5 business days.

- Due to excessive delivery times and reliability concerns we do not offer standard shipping Mexico, Chile, Argentina or the UAE. DHL Express shipping is currently the only reliable option, and the free shipping threshold with DHL is $2000. There is currently no standard (non-express) shipping alternative to these locations.
- All orders are dispatched out of our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
- We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs and duties office for more information. Failure to pay customs duties may result in your order being returned to MAAP, with additional fees and charges. MAAP reserves the right to pass on costs incurred for orders returned due to customs duties not paid, refused delivery and delivery failed due to address issues. The charges may be deducted from any exchange or refund amount.
- MAAP will not alter invoice prices in order to minimise or eliminate local duties and taxes.
- As MAAP is an Australian-based entity your order will be charged in AUD and converted to your local currency. You may be subject to international transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information. MAAP is not responsible for any reimbursement of these fees.
- MAAP will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
